CHOICE ice cream   BLOG

Exercising  a lot also helps and in any case the body is an extension of one's mind - a healthy mind,  a healthy body and vice  versa.

I am of medium weight and do not have to diet because I choose what I put in my mouth.

Being  thin does not mean being healthy and being slightly overweight does not mean being unhealthy either.

The trick here is Balance- you can eat your fatty foods and your carbohydrates as long as you are putting the right amounts in your system daily and that means having fun and laughing daily, too! My ice creams are a combination of happy foods and healthy foods and that makes them fun to make and to share with you!!

I really try to eat as healthily as possible with more fruits and vegetables in my diet than anything else.

I have also started playing around with seratonin high foods because they release pheromones and "happy hormones" and happy is always good!

Important to remember is that in order for your body to release the seratonin, you must also eat carbohydrate high foods and proteins in combination with the seratonin high foods

What are these superfoods?

chicken, fish and turkey, eggs, beans

avocado, coffee, dark chocolate, cottage cheese

About Me

One of the most pressing health concerns today is the percentage of obesity per country, and the increase of diabetes and general un-wellness in the world.

Over the last few years, I have taken it upon myself to radically change my eating habits in the hopes that it would affect my lifestyle and my general health.

The results-I have had medical check ups annually -all preventative,- no aches and pains, no cramping , no headaches, no more migraines, no flu, no tooth decay and can honestly say that I get up most mornings with a smile on my face and I have more energy than I ever had in my twenties.
